Women Only Programme
£15.00 / unit
Our programme is designed to allow flexibility and provide you with a space where you will feel confident and empowered when you workout.
You can take part in one of the below sessions for 5 weeks for just £15 (£3 per session). At the end of the 5 weeks, you will be able to sign up again and continue with the same activity or move to a different one.
The courses will run between w/c 9 October 2023 – w/c 11 December 2023.
Monday 17:00 – 18:00 Women’s Group PT - Sugden Sport Centre – this programme is designed to empower all women and give them the support and knowledge that they need to help them to finally feel confident in their bodies through the power of exercise. The weekly sessions will provide you with progressive exercises to feel happier, fitter and stronger.
- Course 1 - 9th October, 16th October, 23rd October, 30th October, 6th November
- Course 2 - 13th November, 20th November, 27th November, 4th December, 11th December
Wednesday 14:00 – 15:00 Women who lift (Beginners) - Sugden Sport Centre – Looking to build confidence and learn correct lifting techniques when in the gym? Then this is the session for you. Develop your overall fitness whilst progressing your knowledge of the range of exercises you can do with weights in the gym.
Wednesday 15:30 – 16:30 Women who lift (Advanced) - Sugden Sport Centre – Are you already confident in the gym? Wanting to improve your power and strength? Fiona, will guide you through progressive workouts to help you fell stronger and more empowered.
