WHAT: Learn how the professionals do it, at The Velodrome at the National Cycling Centre. You’ll learn how to access the track safely and ride the track amongst other solo riders during the hour session. Bike and helmet will be provided. Please arrive early. Riders must be able to ride a two-wheel bike unaided.
