Summer of Fitness

This summer we are hosting a variety of activities for staff, throughout June & July. Individual sessions are £3, however if you purchase the summer pass for £15, you will be able to attend any session.

Monday

  • Lunchtime Stretch 12:15-12:45pm - Wellbeing Room (1.14 Business School)

Ease your way into the week with soothing stretches and a relaxing playlist to calm the mind, body and soul

Tuesday

  • Full Body Workout 4:45-5:15pm - Wellbeing Room (1.14 Business School)

Build strength and toning, with weights, resistance bands and an uplifting playlist

Wednesday

  • Zumba 12:30-1pm - Wellbeing Room (1.14 Business School)

Dance your heart out to Latin American rhythms and Afrobeat anthems

  • Lunch run 12:30-1pm (2.5km loop/5km) - Meet outside the Business School (Free of charge)

Thursday

  • High Intensity Interval Training 12:30-1pm - Wellbeing Room (1.14 Business School)

Increase your fitness level with short bursts of intense exercise, brief recovery periods and an unbeatable mood boost

  • Stretch and Unwind 4:45-5:15pm - Wellbeing Room (1.14 Business School)

Ease into your evening with soothing stretches and a relaxing playlist to calm the mind, body and soul

So, take some time to look after your wellbeing and book onto these sessions. All fitness levels and abilities welcome, with all equipment provided.
