Come and try out beginner friendly fitness sessions to boost your mood and enhance your fitness level. Fiona will be delivering 2 different sessions on rotation.

Stretch & Unwind one week, Full Body Workout the next!

Stretch & Unwind incorporates bodyweight exercises for enhancing core strength and balance, and basic stretches, ending with deep relaxation.

Full Body Workout uses weights to strength and tone every muscle group.

Where: 1.23 Business School

When: Wednesdays 4.30pm - 5.30pm, starting 30th September until the 13th December.
