SimTechSym is a national, technician-led symposium celebrating the essential role simulation technicians play in simulation-based education and operational delivery. Designed by SimTechs, for SimTechs, the event provides a practical, inclusive, and collaborative space to share expertise and strengthen professional identity.

SimTechSym is a full-day, hands-on symposium combining live demonstrations, technical workshops, vendor showcases, and collaborative sessions. There will be a social evening after the event local to Brooks Building.

Standard vendor pitches will be 3m x 2m with 2 plug sockets unless agreed with the SimTechSym organisers. This pitch also includes tea, coffee and lunch.

Vendors will be able to access Brooks Building between the hours of 12:00 and 16:00 on Thursday 20th of August. Technical staff will be available to assist with the unloading/movement of equipment. On the day of the Event, Brooks will be open from 07:30 am and delegates will begin to arrive from 08:30. Vendor packs will be circulated shortly.
