Introduction to the Gym - 8 Week Membership - January 2026

Join Fiona in our new fitness programme for complete beginners, designed to increase your confidence in exercising in the gym, in a friendly, feel-good environment, where all questions, all fitness levels and all abilities are welcome.

We are offering an 8 week gym membership at Sugden, alongside 4 x 30 minute group fitness sessions in the private ‘mini gym’ space at Sugden, in week 1, 2, 4 and 8 of the membership.

You will be given session plans via email, homework to keep you motivated, and the freedom to learn new ways to feel empowered in a non-judgemental space.

Group fitness sessions are fantastic for boosting your mood, keeping you accountable, and making new friends along the way.

  • Tuesday - 12:15-12:45pm (13th January, 20th January, 3rd February, 3rd March 2026)
  • Wednesday - 8:00-8:30am (14th January, 21st January, 4th February, 4th March 2026)
