Man Met Sport are collaborating with Blush Dance Studio to bring you a 4 week Aerial Silks course.

What will I learn?

Aerial silk classes will increase strength in the muscles necessary to perform tricks, moves, skills and combinations. To help students build the necessary strength to perform moves and routines, we also include strength and condition exercises alongside practicing aerial silk moves, tricks and combinations. Over the course of the 4 week block expect to build moves together to progress each week and work towards performing a routine.

When? 4 week block, dates as follows: Thursday 19 February, Thursday 5 March, Thursday 12 March, Thursday 19 March 2026.

Where? Drama Studio in the Brooks Building.

The course will take place for four weeks, with the start date being the 19 February. Please select a time slot (either 5-6pm/6-7pm) and you will then complete the 4 weeks at the same time each week. The cost is for all 4 sessions, which are usually priced at £15 per session. Unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds if you are unable to make one of the sessions. We only have 9 places* available for each time slot and we do expect these places to go very quickly!

*Please only book onto one time slot to ensure the maximum amount of participants can take part in the sessions.
